How long does it take to receive an order?

Your order will be shipped in 2-3 days. Our average delivery times are then 7 to 10 days for France, 15 days for Belgium and 18 days for Switzerland.

Where do we deliver and what are the delivery costs?

We deliver everywhere in the world except DROM-COM. Shipping costs are FREE for all orders.

Where are you from?

Our company is based in France. We ship our packages directly from our producers located in Asia.

Who delivers my article?

Your items are delivered through your local post service.

What are the delivery times?

Items are delivered according to the terms of your local post office.

What happens if no one is home?

Don't worry, our items will be left in your PO Box if they are small enough. Otherwise, your package will be left at your post office where you can collect it.

I got the wrong address, what should I do?

Don't worry, if your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately at contact@heymelle.com and we'll be happy to update your information. Otherwise and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, once an order has been sent from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.

Is your site secure?

This site is 100% secure for the following reasons. First, the site you are visiting is on an HTTPS server (the little green padlock on the left side of the URL of this page is there to remind you). Most sites only secure their "basket" and everything related to the payment of orders. On this site, ALL PAGES are secure and cannot be hacked or targeted by malware. Finally, regarding the payment, we use Stripe and Paypal which are the benchmarks in terms of security of transactions on the Internet.

What are the payment methods?

Currently, you can pay by Credit Card or Paypal on our site. We do not accept bank checks, transfers or payments upon receipt.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my product?

We offer a 100% "satisfaction or money back" guarantee! If, for whatever reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you in full the price of the item as soon as it arrives with us. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and the return shipping costs must be paid by you. Proof of postage should then be emailed to us as proof of postage.
